Error message"Collision sensor problem" on the Husqvarna Automower

When the collision sensor on Automower® is activated, the error message "Collision sensor problem" is displayed.

Usual causes:

• If Automower collides with an object and cannot leave the area, an error message will be displayed. The mower is stuck under garden furniture.
• The mower needs to be cleaned. Use a brush to remove debris in the chassis.
• The chassis is not fastened properly.
• The grass is too tall. Automowers should not be used if the grass is taller than 10 cm. Mow it first with a conventional lawnmower.
• The cutting height is too low. Try raising the cutting height setting to max and see if that makes a difference.
